Delivery was right on time. No issues at all, everything went smoothly

To be fair, I do like the styles they offer, but it’s frustrating how often the sizes I need are already sold out. I’ve checked a few times and keep running into the same issue, so it makes it hard to actually buy what I want.

I ordered a couple shirts from Gecko Hawaii i’m really happy with them. As someone who’s always been into that laid-back surf-style look, these felt totally like something I’d actually wear all the time. The colors matched the photos well, and the fit was right for me too. Shipping took a few days, but nothing crazy. Overall, good experience and I’d definitely order again.

I’m annoyed with how long this refund is taking. I expected it to be sorted out much faster, but it’s just been sitting there with no clear update. I kept having to check myself, which started to feel a little suspicious, like they were hoping I’d just forget about it. The products might be fine, but the refund process is way too slow and frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if returns are going to be like this.

I ordered a shirt from geckohawaii.com because the photos made it look like a bright teal/blue, which was exactly what I needed. Of course it showed up right when I was planning to wear it, and the timing couldn’t have been worse because the color was totally different in person. It was more of a dull green than anything close to the pictures. I know screens can make colors look a little different, but this felt like a big miss. Definitely disappointed and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

The quality was okay, nothing terrible, but for what I paid I expected a lot more. It just didn’t feel worth the price to me. I also didn’t feel super confident reaching out to customer service because I usually don’t trust that they’ll actually help much, so I just left it alone.

I really wanted to like this shirt because it fit nicely at first and the color looked good with my jeans, but after just a few washes it started feeling noticeably thin. I washed it on cold like I usually do, tossed it in with a couple towels and my gym shorts, and now it just doesn’t feel like it’ll last very long.

I emailed them twice and still never got a proper answer. It took way too long to hear anything back, and it just felt like I was being ignored. Frustrating experience, so I’m not planning to order from them again.

Ugh, I had an issue with my order and support just kept sending these short, unhelpful replies. I kept waiting for someone to actually sort it out, but nothing really got fixed and I had to keep following up myself. Definitely not what I expected.

Yeah, this was way too expensive for me. I’m sure it’s great and all, but apparently I was expected to casually hand over my life savings like that’s a normal Tuesday.

I’ll give them this: the site definitely has that fun Hawaii feel, and the colors are really nice. Like, it’s cheerful and tropical without looking totally cheesy. But some of the pages feel way too crowded. I’m trying to look at the products, and there’s just so much going on that my eyes don’t know where to land. It’s not ugly or anything, so I don’t want to be dramatic, but it could seriously use a little breathing room. Overall, the design is fine, but a cleaner layout would make browsing so much easier.

In my opinion, the shipping cost was just too expensive. The product itself might be fine, but the extra charge made the overall purchase feel less worth it to me

Gecko Hawaii feels so legit it almost made me emotional. The logo, the island vibe, all of it just hits right and doesn’t feel fake or forced at all. It seriously brought back a flood of memories from seeing this stuff around Hawaii years ago. I’m weirdly thrilled it’s still around — like, my little nostalgic heart cannot handle it.
